Amazon and reviews

Can someone please throw some light on how the company is and should I go ahead with them?

But reviews about new companies that have just appeared on the market can be both positive and negative. But don't worry too much about a negative review you see on Amazon vs eBay customer service or another review site. You can always respond to the client and help solve their problem and ask them to change their review to positive.
